County Level Criminal: The county criminal records search for Felony and
misdemeanor convictions. This is the most accurate search because it is done by
hand in the court houses by our nationwide network of experienced court
researches.
Federal Criminal: The Federal Criminal search retrieves court case information
directly from the Federal District Court system. The United States has two court
systems consisting of the state and federal systems. Some offenses are
violations of Federal Law as opposed to state or local law and thus the criminal
record can be found only in the Federal Court System.
State Driving Records: Motor Vehicle Records reports the applicants statewide
driving record. The information comes directly from the state’s Department of
Motor Vehicles. This search is critical if the applicant will have driving
responsibilities for your business.
Address to Criminal: This is a great search. The Address to Criminal search
identifies all the counties the applicant’s has lived in for the past 7 years
(via a credit header from Trans Union) and we automatically conduct a County
Level Criminal search by hand in the counties identified.
Employment Verification: The Employment Verification is designed to verify the
accuracy of the information supplied by the applicant for their past and present
employers. Our Employment check will verify dates of employment and job title.
Depending upon the past employer’s policies, the verification may include salary
history, performance and reasons for leaving to name a few.
Education Verification: The Education Verification is designed to verify the
applicant’s educational degrees and enrollment. The verification can be conduct
any Universities, colleges, high schools and trade schools in the United States
and Internationally.
Statewide Criminal Search: The Statewide Criminal searches the state’s
repository of criminal records. Some states require special release. Turnaround
time and information provided varies from state to state. State searches are
available for the following states: AL, AR, CO, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IN,
IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, MT, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OK,
OR, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, VA, WA, WV, WI, WY & DC, The following
states do not provide state search; AK, AZ, CA, MS, NV, UT.
Nationwide Criminal Search: This is a nationwide, instant criminal record
database search. The information returned varies from state to state and
includes information from the following sources: Multi-State Sex Offender
Database, the FBI Terrorist List and Federal/State/Local Wanted Fugitive Lists.
Statewide Criminal Search-Database: This is the same search as the Nationwide
Criminal Search but is configured to an individual state.
Credit Reports: This search checks credit history of the candidate and is a must
for pre-employment and tenant screening as it will demonstrate the subject’s
level of responsibility, tendencies, risks and other useful identifiers such as
bankruptcy, liens and judgment information.
Worker’s Compensation Records: This search is designed to protect the employers
against potential fraudulent employees. This search checks the candidates
compensation settlement records in a state. Not all states are available.
Social Security number verification trace: This should be the first search in
any pre employment check. The search identifies previous address, names and
alias. It also verifies the Social Security number, indicates the state it was
issued and confirms that is actually registered to the candidate. We have
